Very quick service, delivery fitted around our needs and was super quick, can't fault anyone we dealt with, 2 very comfy happy people :)

Sandie very helpful, knowledgable ,patient and friendly. Had to change bed for softer one, and this was handled very well. Again lots of patience and good advice from Sandie. Thank you

The assistance and service we received at Dreams was excellent. We were assisted by Stewart who explained and talked us through all our options suited our needs. He was also very friendly, helpful and patient, taking the time to explain things and giving us time to decide upon things, he couldn't really do enough for us.

Assistant Russell helped us make our choice, made us aware of what was available, but kept his distance to allow us to decide without feeling pressured. We were pleased to make our purchase.

Good customer service by staff, informative and had time to spend but also giving you space to choose product in own time. Enjoyed the cup of tea as buying mattress was time consuming on my behalf..
