Fast and very friendly, knew exactly what we were were looking for once we explained our requirements .

I had a good idea of what I was looking for and found it. An assistant noticed as soon as I was ready to enquire about the bed and had given me space to browse until then. Iain told me all about the bed, its options and any offers available but there was no pressure, which I appreciated very much. He was friendly and efficient without going over the top. The store had a great atmosphere, due to the relationship between the staff.

Managed to find a king size bed and mattress for fantastic price. Delivery schedule means just over a weeks wait until we can enjoy the new bed. We had looked online initially but once in store staff answered all questions and provided further discount on additional needs.

Was given help from the minute I arrived yet left alone to test goods before buying. everything looked clean and inviting how it was set out

Went in to get a bed frame and mattress and came out with the bedroom furniture to with it aswell which was unexpected. it all matched which was good, It made the trip easier to get everything we needed at a good price. Russell was very helpful and helped us to pick the right mattress to go with the bed that he showed us , I even got a coffee made for me as my daughter tried the bed mattresses to get the right firmness which made I more enjoyable for me.

We were highly satisfied because the assistant was not pushy, he explained the layout of the shop and left us to browse but was on hand for any questions we had.

very helpful and iain was not pushy saleman , gave me plenty time to test beds and went into great detail about them was very good at his job .

Salesman not pushy but very helpful. I have a fully delighted daughter from the bed she has chosen couldn't ask for more

the staff member was helpful but not 'in your face'. He knew the products well
