it was easy to view all products. assistance was readily available when required and information was clear and easily understood.

When we went to the store we were greeted by the friendly staff member, even though he was busy, so we knew he knew we were waiting. This was the reason we returned to the store later. Iain didn't rush us, he spent time explaining each product and matching products to our requirements. We really appreciate his time and effort, especially as he had to stay past closing time to allow us to make our purchase. Iain made this an enjoyable experience.

This was my 2nd visit, aware of what I was wanting. Accompanied by my wife this time, time taken to explain the products to her as she had never been in the store before. Assistant had manager available to answer any questions he couldn't answer, had to refer to him to see if we could get a discount, which we did, also for help with processing the order via the computer. Russell was competent and confident in what he was doing. Only way he let himself down was by not offering us a tea/coffee, he apologised for this

Stewart was an excellent sales man with a great amount of knowledge. He didn't make us feel as if we needing to make a purchase and let us have time to ourselves to give us time to make a decision on what we wanted to buy. I would definitely recommend Dreams to other people.
