Stewart was amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. He knew so much about the mattresses, it was as if he hand-made them himself! I did the sleep match machine and it came up with 2 results, however with his extensive knowledge he recommended a few others after hearing about my current mattress and disabilities. He was incredibly patient as I tried over 10 mattresses in the hour. He explained how good for value the bed cover was and explained all my options for delivery thoroughly. He made us very comfortable and relaxed the entire time - offered drinks multiple times and I'm sure he even stayed past his finishing time to finish our sale. 10/10 customer service - Thank you :)

Felt comfortable from minute we entered store. Left to look around without hassle although was welcomed. When ready we asked the salesman for assistance. Russell was friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Would highly recommend

The staff we dealt with were so friendly and brilliant with our little girl. They took lots of time understanding what we were looking for and at no time did we feel pressured into buying. Their product knowledge was great.

Stewart was brilliant, and was very informative without being pushy. We had no idea what kind of mattress we wanted or needed, and he spoke us through the machine and helped us choose! We would normally just buy online but his knowledge and friendliness made it a great experience and I would definitely recommend Dream’s. The store was very clean and tidy, and there was staff visibly disinfecting things. We also thought the water bottles at the door was a lovely touch as it can be hot and stuffy wearing masks in the summer!

Sales Colleague was very knowledgeable and listened to What my budget was and what I required for my home. Colleague was also very professional and friendly and took the time to show me the beds that fit my budget and size and was very patient in helping me decide. Colleague was very friendly and other staff friendly too Which made the experience a lot better as it can be a lengthy process choosing and applying for finance on furniture. Would definitely recommend dreams in future and may return to the store very soon to purchase a mattress as I only needed a frame at present.
