The staff member who helped us knew a lot about the type of beds that we were looking for he gave us lots of advice on the different mattress types that we could have and was able to answer everything that we asked him on the type of beds we required!

All the different mattress options were explained clearly. We were asked what our needs were. we were shown a variety of beds which met these. We were given time to make a decision on the best bed for us. Payment options were explained which allowed us to select the best method for us.

Dreams had the produce I wanted and the price was OK. I had the added to get 20% of which was fine. The young man who sold me was professional and I would think of going to Dreams in the future.

The salesman was excellent. Very friendly and was also good with speaking to and amusing my children, who as you can imagine weren't overly enthusiastic about bed shopping
