Assistant was very knowledgeable and eager to help ,nothing was too much trouble.

We found exactly what we were looking for at the right price the assistance and service provided were first class

The staff were very friendly and as accommodating as they could be.We were served by Sandie and she was lovely and extremely helpful. It was frustrating that there wasn't a bed available for an earlier date, but apart from that everything was very good.

Warm , friendly welcoming reception with staff giving excellent advise and had excellent product knowledge .Ease of purchase and setting up of delivery date and were given a friendly farewell being accompanied to the door as we left the store .

I did my transaction over the telephone. Very pleased with the salesperson (Russell) who answered all my questions and was very helpful.

From the moment we arrived at the store, Iain said "welcome to dreams" very warm welcome. Not pushy and allowed us the time to brows and think before purchase. We actually left the store to have a look elsewhere, however, returned due to the simple warm welcome from Iain.

The sales assistant Russell went above and beyond to help us choose a bed mattress and pillows. He was very patient and took time to understand our needs without being pushy or forceful. He is an asset to the company
