Dreams - Dundee

My experience with Dream was overall a positive one. The product I ordered is on good quality and at a reasonable price. The assistance I received was good and very helpful. The assistant helping me Russell (from the Dundee branch) and I couldn't fault him and the way he conducted himself. Pending a successful delivery or the product, I would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

We have never had such good service and attention in any store in a long time. Nick is highly acknowledgeable in his field and explained every thing to us. Although he was attending to other customers as well as serving us we did not fined this this a problem. He made sure we took our time and knew what we were buying.

Friendly, not pushy, helpful and knowledgable staff.

They had the bed i wanted on display so i was able to test it out and how it works. They had a big range of mattresses for us to test out so we could find the one that suited us best. The customer adviser was very helpful to satisfy our needs as well.

Nick the sales adviser very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me which products were most suited to me. I have suffered from back and shoulder pain for many years and Nick explained how i wasnt getting proper neck support. I went home with the pillows and the difference the next day to my pain was amazing. Im realy looking forward to the delivery of my mattress. Everyone in store was friendly it was a pleasent experience purchasing my new mattress, pillows and mattress protectors.

The level of service i received was very satisfactory.it was very quick to process.having visited your website beforehand i was able to find what i was looking for with ease and the assistant i dealt with was very knowlegable and friendly.my six year old son also loved his balloon!!

Salesman Stewart was really helpful and not pushy.Let us make a decision in our own time and was honest and helpful.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were pleased with choice of mess and mattresses. Stewart the assistant introduced himself and explained how we could distinguish the different mattresses, pillows and bed types from the easy to follow colour system. Then he asked if we wished a drink which we accepted. Stewart then left us to browse the store but was always on hand to answer questions. He was extremely knowledgable and guided us to the produce most suited for our needs. No fuss or hard sell just good quality info. We had been in lots of store but never given the help or advice we had at Dreams. Resulting in us buying a bedroom suite and two mattresses. Easy! Yvon grieve Dundee

The product choice was excellent however this is as I would expect from a bed / mattress specialist. What set this visit apart and left me Highly Satisfied was the standard of the salesman who assisted us. The salesman was called Iain. He was courteous and friendly without being overbearing. His knowledge of the products was excellent and despite the many questions that we had he was never at a loss for the answer. At no point during our visit did we feel pushed toward a particular product or price range, nor were we in any way hurried. Iain lead us through a variety of different products explaining the materials and particular features of each and with his guidance we chose the product which was best for us.
