The customer service is at very high level. Knowledge and the approach should be used as a prime example. I would like to especially point that the customer feel comfortable and not being `push`.

Excellent customer service - no pushy sales approach just a lot of really useful information. We came into the shop not knowing what we wanted (at all!!) and left feeling really confident that we had found something perfect for us.

The assistant spent time with me going over the different options of mattresses and although I did not end up getting a mattress at dreams only my gorgeous bed and pillows I found it very informative

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and tentative to our needs. He could my help enough. His understanding of the products in the market place was first rate. Ian should be commended for his performance. A job well done!

The staff member was informative about the different types of mattresses and also the base for the mattress - this is something my husband and I did not know about. He was able to answer our questions which then helped us to make our final decision. He was not overbearing.
