The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the different types of mattresses. He answered all my questions I had. I didn't feel under any pressure and was left to look at the mattresses at my leisure.

The customer service was fantastic, we were serverd by two seperate people, and both were friendly and informative, and made us feel very comfortable, and di not rush us or pressure us at all. If you will excuse the pun they were a dream to deal with.

Bed will be delivered on a day I requested and great discount given for someone to build the bed as this was very important as my mother in law is 79.

We were given time and space to make our decision and were allowed to visit other stores and returned on a couple of occasions to ensure the purchase was right for us and our budget. Stewart never made us feel pressured into buying. I work in financial services sales and if I had felt pressured I would have went elsewhere.
