The manager who served me couldn't have been more helpful, he was respectful of what I was wanting. He even looked on his own mobile to check the web price for a specific mattress . He was non pushy and knowledgable about the products

Staff were friendly and highly knowledgeable on the product we were looking at and were able to answer any questions we had

I was highly satisfied with my visit to this Dreams store as the assistant Iain was the most helpful person I have came across in any store not just trying to get a sale but being genuinely helpful to our personal needs and I ended up with a new bed I am completely satisfied with cant wait for delivery thankyou so much Dreams.

Choosing a bed is a very important thing and can be very daunting we dedided to go to Dreams DUNDEE and were greeted by a very efficient assistant called SANDRA she explained every thing to us and also gave us pillows We tried lots off beds until we found the one for us Sandra would leave us a while and then return to see how we were getting on she also offered us hot or cold drinks thanks for great customer service and a very comfy bed

Very helpful staff uderstood what I was needed give good knowledge of the product I wanted to buy and put the product through quickly. Excellent service. Thanks Nick

Iain the assistant spent time explaining the different options but did not make us feel harassed in any way .made us feel relaxed and unhurried

The sales man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained about the products very well and took time listening to my needs, I never felt hurried.
