Dreams - Dundee

I am completely deaf so it took a lot of patience from a colleague named Scott (kingsway retail park, Dundee). He was fantastic and made the whole trip with my carer as easy as possible. This means a lot.

I was very satisfied with help I got from Scott he asked the relevant questions and showed the beds which would be suitable and his knowledge was helpful. I would certainly recommend him as a very able assistant.

Dreams had a wide selection of mattresses and bed frames too choose from and with the sale that was on at the time I got a mattress for exceptional value. The employee who served us was fantastic and helped us decide on the best one to buy.

Friendly and informative staff member who listened to our needs, especially after we purchased a previous mattress in the last 12 months that wasn’t suited to us. Staff member was also extremely good with our children and made sure they we kept occupied during our time in the store. The staff member also appeared to do their best to arrange a very quick delivery time, especially seeing as we are experiencing discomfort with out current mattress. Covid safety measures were followed to a very high standard and we felt extremely safe during our time in the store.

The sales advisor wasn’t pushy and was most helpful unfortunately didn’t get his name .

Staff member Russell was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Layout and availability of products to view was very good as well.

Stewart took care of us throughout our visit to the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products available including the ones available online.

Very knowledgeable, helpful friendly staff. After advising which mattresses were suitable they gave us plenty time and space to make our decision. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all.
