Had what I wanted

I had a clear idea of the products I was looking for but required good advice and input from staff to guide me through the range of products on offer. Staff were available when required, and spent a look of time dedicated to my needs. The staff demonstrated extensive knowledge of the products in particular explaining the differences in memory foam quality and considerations when looking for optimal mattress support. The staff took time to allow me to make the right decision. The staff also made my daughter (6) feel important and were very friendly. There was no pressure to buy and the experience was relaxed but informative to the point that I did not feel the need to browse other shops prior to purchasing.

The person that served me was friendly and knowledgeable. I got exactly what i needed and good advice.

We were given plenty of advice and support from the minute we entered the store. Full detail and explanations were given and the system to help us choose a bed were all established in advance helping the complexity of choosing a bed lot less hassle.

The staff member was very nice to me and my mum and I saved 20% off my product due to the sale which made me very happy

I LIKED THE SIMPLE SYSTEM FOR CHOOSING THE PERFECT BED. ALSO THE EMPLOYEE KNEW THE PRODUCTS VERY WELL AND WAS HELPFUL. THE QUALITY OF THE BEDS FELT VERY GOOD.
