Dreams - Dundee

We were shopping in the Dundee Kingsway store and Iain the sales assistant was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. He obviously had a high knowledge of the different products and was able to feel us find the right mattress for us.

We were served by Stewart who was very knowledgeable and helpful and allowed us to view the products without any selling pressures. We initially went in to buy 2 x mattresses however, because of the assistance from Stewart and his manager we ended up buying additional pillows, mattress protectors and duvet covers. At no time did we feel pressured into buying additional items or expensive products and we were treated to tea and coffee whilst we went through our transaction. Very good experience and polite and friendly staff.

Good range of beds in store. Sales staff gave you time to think and try out the beds.

Iain was more than helpful. He assessed my needs well and showed me a range of products before helping me decide what was best. Great Customer Service!

The assistant was very helpful and not overpowering, he new when to step away and leave us to make up our minds. When needed Stewart was always happy to help. I am very pleased with my purchase and would always recommend Dreams to my friends:-)
