I didnot come into store was a telephone order

I tried to order online but it was difficult. I rang the number on screen and the salesman was very helpful and my order was placed without delay Delivery was excellent with a text giving a 2 hour window

We were given lots of help from stewart from the price ranges , type of mattresses, colours of base and headboards , given time to choose didnt get hassling ,great service

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Allowed us to browse without being intrusive or pushy. Were available when needed. Colour coding of mattresses extremely useful allowing efficient use of time and ease of narrowing choice. Not made to feel awkward when trying out the beds. Good choice and range of products.

I had a general idea of what I was looking to purchase, so I spoke to one of the employees called Kasim. He was friendly, informative and very helpful. After learning about different types of beds and mattresses, me and my girlfriend then tried several different types of mattresses and with the help of Kasim we picked one out that we both found comfortable and well priced. We also picked out a bed frame we both thought was right. We were then told about the guarantee and various products and then went on to purchase our selections. Great selection and very helpful staff, a great visit.
