Salesman asked what we were looking for, once he advised us on what we were looking for he left us to browse, which we liked. When we decided on our purchase the sale went through . Really liked how we were not hassled by the salesman.

I returned to purchase a mattress for my son (I bought my double mattress last year). The staff were friendly and knew their business. It made shopping easier. My son is autistic and because of the staff's knowledge I was able to make the purchase very quickly.

well laid out shop staff made every effort to let us know what was avialable and every option open to us. The ease of purchase was pleaseing and we were taken through the process with no trouble at all..... would recomend to anyone

I called Dreams out of normal office hours and found the person taking the call to be absolutely brilliant. Its rare to get someone who is so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Find out who it was and use them to train all your telephone workers unless they are all that good already?!
