It was good to have the guidance from a knowledgeable member of the team that could steer us in the right direction without being pushy. Ian has an excellent manner with customers and put us at ease with his professional knowledge of the vast range of products.

Salesman - Iain - was very helpful. We wanted a longer delivery date than usual as we are moving to a new build and moving date expected to be 20/5/16 - Iain arranged this without any issues. Products bought appear to be good solid pieces of furniture and we are looking forward to using them in our new house.

Very smooth transactions, easy to go round store. Staff helpful and did not seem pushy. All staff were knowledgeable and able to help us in choosing our new bed.

The first gentleman Donnie we were approached by was a visitor to the Dundee store and was most helpful he advised us to see the tempur video whilst trying out the comfort of the adjustable bed,at the end of the session he introduced us to his colleague Iain who was also very knowledgeable about the products and gave us very good guidance and advice. My husband and I went out to our car had a talk and because of the good friendly knowledgeable service we had received we decided to place an order for a tempur adjustable linked bed.

when shopping for our new bed we were well looked after in the store, we were advised to try out eat of the mattress's to see which one we liked best. Stewart was very helpful and made it easier.

Staff were attentive but not overbearing. The system for choosing mattresses was clearly explained. All products and options were comprehensively demonstrated. Ancillary products and options were clearly explained as were delivery and assembly options. I naturally felt that my needs listened to attentively and my custom highly valued. I am very satisfied.

Both my wife and myself were greeted by an excellent young man who asked what we would be interested in looking at and gave us all the help he possibly could, explaining the colour codes of the pillows for different types of mattress etc. He even made a cup of coffee for us as we had travelled from Perth to Dundee to visit the shop. This gentleman was an excellent help and this really made our days shopping one to remember.
