Was greeted by Sales Assistant with a polite Good Afternoon on entering the store . Was worried we would feel pressurised but were left to look around on our own at first & was given help & advice when I made a query , which was great . We were then encouraged to try the beds that were recommended at our leasure . We made a purchase there & then but also returned the next day to add to our purchase . A big Thank You to both Russell & Stewart for making it an easy , pleasant transaction .

The store assistant Dean was extremely helpful. He took the time to check various measurements we asked about, nothing was too much trouble. Great experience all round.

My time in store was easy and very helpful. I did not go in with an anticipation of actually buying anything, however, the colleague who served us (Stewart) easily showed us what options would suit and had a great attitude towards the beds too! It was a great experience and I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. The engagement from the staff and the environment was impeccable!

I have been looking for mattresses for a while and everything time I’ve been in the shop I’ve always been treated well,I’m a war veteran and looking at getting my adjust automatic mattress from them. Many thanks

Myself and my partner were looking for a bed and were fairly open minded in the products and price. The salesman was extremely helpful in giving us the time to think about the products available after trying to the sleep matcher. There was no driving towards the priciest item but to ensure our comfort in the end.
