Dreams - Dundee

I was meet with Stuart , he was friendly and could see I was looking for something specific , he offered me a coffee and left me to browse the shop, he didn't follow or harrass me around the shop as some other shops do and that's what I liked, we discussed options on how I could pay and Stuart listed to my needs and fully explained all the procedures regarding delivery etc, After today's experience I know I will shop in DREAMS again

The staff were friendly and informative but I didn't feel 'stalked' as I had been in other stores

Everybody who dealt with us were cheerful polite and efficient, from salesman Iain to deliverymen who delivered and put everything together

The sales man was the information we needed and continued to answer all our queries honestly and helped us to make the purchases we are happy with we bought outlast mattress there with the same salesman who remembered us which I thought was really nice and in eight years I will be back as I now trust your advertising finding it honest

The range of mattresses in store is very good. The comfort station helped us to decide on the type of matters we prefered, also the colour coding for the firmness helped us also. The staff were knowledgeable about the range of products int he store and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice. The purchase itself took no time at all, again staff talked us through everything from the contract to the delivery. We were very happy when we left the store.
