The assistance was great. He explained the products, told us which were most suitable for us and left us time with privacy to talk about our choices.

I've never been in the store before but I was very happy with the quality of staff and products. I found what I was looking for and when a member of staff approached me he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process of ordering my goods very easy.

Friendly staff who gave all the price options of mattresses and encouraged our son to try out the mattress and helped us look for the correct size of bed. He talked through the invoice and explained it clearly.

I decided hat I needed a new bed earlier the same day. i saw the advert on television and myself and my daughter decided to browse Dreams after lunch. I never really expected to buy a bed, as it was an impulse. However the staff at Dreams explained the colour coding and once I discovered the mattress that I felt that I liked there was no reason not to buy it

It was easy to price the beds as the signs were very clear.

Assistance was offered, but also allowed to take my time to look at all available stock.
