VERY FRIENDLY KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT

Iain was brilliant, he helped me pick the perfect bed and mattress. I highly recommend dreams, bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Iain, the Dundee sales assistant was very helpful. Very curtious with great product knowledge. Was not intrusive nor pushy like some sales assistants we have experienced from other stores.

we were looking for a specific type of mattress and were told which one would suit our needs best which we agreed with

I was particularly impressed with the salesman - Russell. He was professional, friendly and smartly dressed. He had a great knowledge of what goes into individual types of mattresses and explained the differences. He didn't have a 'hard sale' approach which was very welcome. There was a good atmosphere in the store and all the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Prior to going to Dreams I visited two other bed stores and their customer service was nowhere near as good.

The sales person - Iain was extremely friendly and helpful and explained all of the options to my wife and myself. A very good bed buying experience His validation code was my order number.

We were served by Russell who could not be faulted. He had all the information we required and gave good advice to us on all aspects of our eventual purchase. His manner was friendly and pleasant at all times. What more could one want ?

Excellent service in the Dundee store- Russell was very helpful and made buying a bed an enjoyable experience- my husband and I had been putting it off as thought it was going to be long and confusing- the complete opposite- all types of mattresses were explained and were given amply time to try them out and answered any questions asked-

We were not bombarded by staff,as like most stores, we were made to feel at ease and were dealt with in a very friendly and polite manner. We were very impressed by the knowledge of the staff member called Iain he was very helpful and guided us through every step including directing me to the bed linen area. The store staff were obliging and very very " people " minded which is lacking these days. We will be back to buy our 8 year old a bed. The staff at this store didn't make buying a bed a chore and I thank them for their kindness and help in this purchase.
