We visited Dreams of Dundee to replace our mattress that we brought from Dreams Perth store several years ago. We were greeted by smart, very professional Dreams Colleagues and made to feel very welcome and they were there to ensure that we received the very best service.

This really was an exceptional experience, we did not realise that there was so many things to consider when purchasing a mattress. The Dreams staff could not have been more helpful, I mean to say my husband and I were put in the Tempur booth to experience their mattress and associated accessories, quite an experience. We were then shown the different types of mattresses on offer and encouraged to try them. At no time did we feel pressurised to purchase them. Whilst this was going on we were offered a hot drink which was very nice but would have been better if it came with a chocolate biscuit.

Made you feel welcomed to start with, all the information on our bed. Headboard, bedding was excellent, really professional. All documents explained and given neatly. We smiled from start to finish and all done in appropriate time. Can not fault your sales representative, he was a credit to your company.

The staff were very friendly and professional, they asked if we would like a cup of coffee or tea and treated us really well

The level of service was great there was no pressure what so ever to buy anything as you get from some stores you visit and they were very professional

We were dealt with promptly when we entered the store, but in a non-pushy manner, which made us feel quite relaxed. We enjoyed the experience of testing the bed in the 'pod', it felt private and we did not feel uncomfortable trying out the bed in this way, this was a new experience for us in buying a bed. We did not even try shopping elsewhere - which speaks volumes- as we had intended prior to entering the dreams store to look elsewhere after - but we felt quite happy to purchase at dreams, especially with the price-match promise we were given.

Your Staff at your Dundee Branch was exceptional with one of staff Russell highly knowledgeable about the product we bought and the remainder of the staff were very friendly. Kind Regards David & Christine Soutar
