Dreams - Dundee

We were greeted as soon as we arrived, We were then shown what we asked for and were given help in choosing what was best for us, not just the most expensive one there. We were given tea and coffee while the order was processed. Would and already have recommended to friends and family.

Staff gave us time to look around the store before approaching us to ask if we were looking for a specific item. I liked this.

Everything explained in detail. Enough time to try mattresses on my own before staff member came back to take me to colour coded area

Could not fault the help and friendliness of the people who work there, it was a lovely atmosphere in the store and that was the feeling from entering the store until we left, the member of staff and that dealt with us explained everything from start to finish about the products and he was very professional and knowledgeable and very very cheerful pleasant person.

we were given a lot of choices and the staff member had a great knowledge of all the beds and made sure we got the best bed for our needs great service.

The salesman Iain was very polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy.

The sales person was very friendly and gave us as much time as we needs to try out different beds. He did not make us feel pressured into buying anything nor did he push trying to sell any extras. He continually told us it was about getting what was best suited to us as everyone is different. Some places I've been before it just feels like they are trying to push a sale regardless of what you actually need. This was not the case here. He was very knowledgeable about the products.

The staff were very helpful

The attitude of Iain was fantastic. Helped me understand what I needed and explained everything to me. Really knew his stuff and made me feel comfortable.

Iain the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all and helped us pick a product that suited our needs and was affordable to us.
