Dreams - Dundee

The assistant Steuart was very freindly,helpful & knowlegable. Steuart gave us a lot of good advice then left us to try out the beds. When we had choosen he was there to take our order.

We only went in for a look and came out having spent £1300 +. The assistant (Iain) was brilliant - he explained the shop lay out and the coding which we did not notice, we explained our aches and pains and he guided us through what he felt in his experience was the best choice to try. We were also supplied with pillows to try and we were left to try out beds in our time. After a few tests we finally agreed what we would like, Ian then guided us through the purchase. I must add the final choice well, I could have fallen asleep no bother at all. One of the best and most relaxing purchases we have ever made. WELL DONE.

What puts us off with specific stores is you can get bombarded with assistants when all you want is to look, well this didn't happen in Dreams Dundee we were approached once and the sales assistant Iain explained the colour coded system and left us to browse and when WE were ready we asked for more explanation to the beds. My wife has trapped nerves in her spine and he was very knowledgeable about the best bed in our price range.

Iain was very helpful and no problems whatsoever.

having purchased a bed and furniture within the last 6 months and having checked on line prices which were slightly cheaper we returned to your store as the service we had previously was excellent and we were not disappointed on this visit

Having spent time looking at various stores, we found the hard sell tactics in other retailers too much. Stewart was on hand to answer queries but also let us have our own time to make the correct decision.

Meeting my needs was the entire focus of the Salesman.

Stewart was very friendly, helpful and patient and accommodated my needs as I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I was very satisfied with the service overall.
