I was highly satisfied with my purchase at dreams they went through all of our options to help us create a custom bed, picking out our matress was made simple and fun by using their colour coded system and the staff were very helpful.

IT TOOK US A WHILE TO DECIDE WHICH BED TO PURCHASE AND THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY PATIENT, ENCOURAGED US TO TRY VARIOUS OPTIONS AND WAS NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN. HE TRULY WANTED US TO PURCHASE THE MOST APPROPRIATE OPTION TO SUIT OUR NEEDS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND OFFERED VARIOUS OPTIONS. A GOOD EXPERIENCE COMING AWAY WITH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU.

Great customer service from Sandie. She gave clear advice and made us feel very welcome in the store. She also made the buying process extremely easy.

Everything went as smooth as possible nothing seemed to be a problem to the staff.

We required more bedding for the Mattress we purchased a few weeks earlier. On arriving in store we were met by Sandie who immediately made us feel welcome. We only had to purchase small items(duvet and pillows) but she informed us of the different types the store offered and then allowed us to make our own minds up without pressure. A very professional member of your team.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and a salesman offered his assistance. We were looking for a new bed but were unsure of the type of mattress to consider. We were directed to the mattress trial area and the types were explained to us with the advice to take our time and try all the different ones available. We were not under any pressure and the salesman left us to take our time with the promise of being available whenever we required him. He returned periodically to check on our progress and provide answers to our questions. Other staff encountered were all equally friendly. When we decided to make a purchase, we were immediately offered coffee and taken to the sales desks where we could sit and go through the sales procedure. Everything was professional, friendly and very pleasant.

The wanted item could not be found in the showroom . But , the staff member went out of his way to find what I was looking for . He searched high and low for the discontinued item I wanted , Thanks a lot
