Iain was very helpful and informative as this is the first time I've had to buy a bed since my wife died I found the information and his knowledge to be of the upmost.

Our Assistant, Russell, was very helpful - from explaining the colour coding of the mattresses and advising us to try them by lying on the beds to producing our Invoice and explaining delivery. A no fuss purchase.

Scott helped me find the correct mattress, then a bed base that suited me. I know I'll be comfy on my new mattress because we spent some time comparing similar products. And I had two cups of coffee made for me :-)

We were served by a lovely gentleman called Stewart Petrie who was very helpful and knowledgeable

Just generally a very good service, not too pushy, gave advice as required and gave you time if that's what you wanted.

Russell was very helpful and listened to our needs before offering suggestions on products. When we discussed our budget the store manager very kindly made a further reduction to the total cost of the items we were hoping to purchase. We ended up spending a little more than we had hoped but are very satisfied that we have purchased a quality bed and mattress

We received good service, very friendly staff, attentive asking if we would like tea or coffee and explaining all beds and service.

We came into the store knowing the bed we would like to purchase and hoping we would be able to view it first rather than order blind online. The bed was there in a variety of options so this was easy enough to pick. We had no idea about the mattress we wanted but Scott spent a lot of time helping us to pick and giving us plenty of options to narrow it down. He gave us time to try out the mattresses on our own and never once made us feel rushed. In the end we ended up with the complete bed we were after and within the budget we hoped to spend.

We were left to examine the bed thoroughly and given suggestions on what could make our purchase correct for us. Russell was able to answer all of our questions straight away.
