Dreams - Dundee

Great system for selecting a mattress and plenty of options, particularly as we were looking for a superking mattress.

Assistant was very pleasant and patient whilst we made our choices.

The salesman was only in his second week working with the company but was extremely helpful and even provided the pillows we were wanting to buy so we could test them with the chosen mattress. His ability was a credit to the quality of training he has received.

We went with our children to look at beds, Iain made himself available to us yet let us browse at our own leisure and gave us the information we needed. Also the shop assistants we great entertainment for our 3 kids :-)

Jake was very helpful and explained everything fully. If he was unsure of anything he sought advice from colleagues. Thank you

We had an Assistant (Russel) who cave us good information and did put pressure on us despite the store being quiet

The sales assistant sandie who I placed the order with was very knowledgable about the products and spent a lot of time helping me choose, all of the other staff were welcoming, I was welcomed by at least 4 sales assistants when entering/walking through the store

Left alone to look around and help and advice was their when needed.
