Dreams - Dundee

Was served by Russell who originally handled our purchase of bed, mattresses and sheets/covers four years ago. He recognised me and was very pleasant and helpful.

The assistant was knowledgeable about the product and explained the extras well

We were left alone to look at all products, the salesman introduced himself and said when we are ready to give him a call over. Ian was his name.

Iain gave great customer service and we are satisfied with our purchase.

The man was able to help us find everything we were looking for and helped us find out what pillow and mattress and duvets were best for us.

Very friendly assistance, noting too much trouble, even carried my wifes coffee mug as she had difficulty manoeuvring her wheelchair.

We were served by Sandie who was just so friendly and genuine. We were approached and then asked if we were okay needed any assistance and then chatted and then left to walk around. Then when we had chosen the bed were standing studying it and Sandie came back over. We originally only came in for a bedframe but ended up just wanting a king size so needed a new matress and got two tempur pillows that we were trying out on the matresses around the store and just fell in love with them! And then the bedding as well which we can't wait to see on our new bed! So we loved that it was so relaxed nothing was stressful, we were given all the information and choices then given our space. We even got a cup of tea and coffee which were made very very well! Also that the bedding was on display so that we could see and touch it so that was a bonus. Sandie was fantastic she really knew her stuff and was just so lovely. I heard her saying that she's still not feeling 100% so she was doing amazing with us! We will definitely go back to Dreams when we need anything bed related.

From the moment we stepped in to the store.we were treated with respect and politeness . We explained to the salesman (. Ian ) what we were looking for .He showed us the relevant products and explained their workings in great detail. He very efficiently demonstrated the product and answered all of our questions in a very knowledgeable manner. My wife and I where very impressed with Ian .He is a credit to your company. We would have no hesitation in reccomending this store to our friends and family .

Sandie from the Dundee store was the assistant that served us today and we we're really pleased with her knowledge of the product we purchased and also she was very friendly.

Staff were helpful.and the purchase was completed without a problem.staff were polite.
