Ease of being able to browse at our leisure. The customer service was excellent and we did not feel pressured into making a quick purchase. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Sandie was very helpful, we were picking 3 beds and spend ages picking and she helped us the entire time and was great with our daughter who spent ages deciding

Although our bed was more expensive than we initially expected we are satisfied that the bed chosen will meet our needs and be a great purchase.

The salesperson - Scott - was very helpful and explained all the benefits of all the products and the special offers, plus all the ideas about changing mattress every 8 years. He also explained the payment methods well and did very well despite only having been working there for a few weeks.

Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was always available in the background but was not "pushy". He made us aware of all the products and services but again, did not force them upon us. There was a friendly laid back atmosphere between the staff which made our visit and purchase more of a pleasure.

The workers at the Dundee branch were all super friendly and helpful. Jake did an excellent job in helping us find the best mattress for us and I cannot commend the staff enough on a brilliant job.

Very pleasant and informative staff member. Gave plenty of information without be in your face. A bit shocked at the prices but my mother always said buy cheap buy dear! Very pleased with the pillows we purchased and looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress.

I visited the store with my family, partner and 3 small children, and was welcomed when we first entered. We were given a bit of time to ourselves and the salesperson who dealt with us (Russell) entertained the kids giving me and my partner time to look around and try out the full range of beds. We ended up making a purchase after getting all the info we needed about each style of mattress etc and left with a good deal. I cant rate the purchase as we are still awaiting delivery. I would definitely visit again in future when making any other purchases.

We were attended to quickly and given the sales persons full attention but also given time and privacy to discuss our options and make our decision on which mattress and pillows we wanted to buy.
