I suffer from arthuritis and sever nerve damage so getting around i'm quite slow at walking.This was not a problem to the staff.there were very understanding to my needs .I tried a few different mattresses and no problem to staff at changing mattresses about .staff very up to date on the type of bed i wanted and type of mattress i needed .The warm friendly atmosphere from the time i entered to the time i left brilliant keep up the good work x

We have used Dreams before and our return visit was just as satisfactory, great customer service, plenty of products to pick from.

I came in looking for a specific product but was unsure of type of mattress. EVAN pointed me in the right direction and gave me sound advice on price, value, and product details. I did not require things like extended guarantees and was not pushed into going through the motions and listening to offers which I would not take. This made whole process much quicker and more pleasing.

We found our experience shopping at Dreams to be very satisfactory. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Scott, who took us through the whole process of selecting the right type and firmness of mattress and through the options for the divan bed we were looking for. He made the whole process very straight-forward and we came away happy with our new purchase.

this is our second visit in the last year and was impressed the member of staff remembered us. He was very helpfully and did not pressure sale. Understood our needs and was happy to give suggestions. We did go in twice as we nearly bought a bunk bed but needed to check sizes. the member of staff was happy to offer the website and all the information needed. The second visit the member of staff was also helpful. dealt with my requirements very swiftly.

Colleague was very pleasant and helpful, was not afraid to ask supervisor if there was anything he was unsure of (he was a relatively new member of staff) and supervisor was most helpful when required.
