Dreams - Dundee

I would have to say that the reason why I was highly satiisfied is I was in a hurry and things could'nt have gone any smoother.Things just went like a dream(no pun intended)As I have'nt slept on that mattress I could not in all honesty give a rating.Like I said things could'nt have worked out any better including the delivery date,just hope its not too early in the morning.Thankyou.

I thought choosing a new mattress for my bed would be a difficult task, instead it was so easy. Iain who was our assistant explained the procedure very clearly and then left me to try different mattresses. I was given time to browse before he came back to see which one I preferred. Then it was on to the shop floor where I tried several mattresses, before choosing the one I thought most comfortable . I decided I wanted the finance option and that took longer than choosing the bed. The finance company had a different version of my address, and that seemed to take forever to sort out,it was dealt with efficiently.

Jake was very friendly and was able to help is find what we wanted quickly. He also makes a great cup of tea!

The order in which the store is laid out makes finding the correct mattress within your price range easier. A large enough selection of bed frames is also available on display. And the sale price on the bed my daughter wanted was also a bonus.

I am disabled and iain took time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything in a relaed and non rushed manner. The shop was well laid out and easy to navigate around.

The store had a good range of beds and I was able to take my time deciding which one met my needs. The saleswoman was on hand to answer questions without being intrusive. She was also polite, courteous and patient.
