Friendly polite assistant-coffee offered.No rush answered all my questions.Did not pressurise to order immediately-happy for me to investigate other stores before returning to order.

Your colleague was very helpful and very friendly. We tried every mattress to find the one and then found a base that I liked. While this was happening the salesperson gave my mum a lovely cup of tea,nice touch much appreciated. We also got to see all the little extras like pillows,linens and headboard etc. Couldn't have had such a pleasant lad to help us. We had a lovely experience not stressful or pressuring and will gladly return for another bed

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff including manager that appeared to be available with comments and a friendly approach. Staff were readily available to assist without pressure.
