I was highly satisfied with Dreams on this occasion, because the staff were exceptionally friendly and respectful (i.e. giving us space to browse the store before asking if we needed assistance). The staff member understood my needs and recommended products accordingly.

Generally, shopping for this type of household item is not something I enjoy! Although my experience yesterday may change my opinion... Often I feel immediately accosted when I walk into this type of store, although I didn't have this experience yesterday. Instead, I was pleasantly suprised by Iain and his manner. Iain managed to politely ascertain what my needs were without badgering me and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. (I was in for 2 beds and matresses including one for my husband who has hiop and back problems). I was given a coffee and plenty time and space to browse, with all my questions being answered. He listened to me and tailored things to my needs (as opposed to most expensive etc). I left with some bed sheets and plenty of information to mull over at home. I shall be back this week to place an order in the region of £2k. Incidentally, I went to another bed shop in the same complex straight after and the difference between assistants was staggering: I got the stereotypical patrionising, pressurised, 'used car salesman' type treatment from a man with an exaggerated sense of self importance! Thank you for not subjecting me to this type of hard sell - I'll return

The salesman we dealt with Russell was extremely helpful whilst not being @ all pushy was very informative regarding all the products we were interested in, being a bank holiday there was a slight issue regarding delivery dates but the store manager promised to call if he could sort this out for us on a normal trading day which he fulfilled to our satisfaction within 48 hours, overall it was a very pleasant experience considering the size of the purchase being made, would recommend to friends & family without question providing the installation/delivery team are as efficient..so far 10/10

No pressure to buy. Stewart listened to what we said, left us alone after explanations and helped us make the right choice for both of us.

When we arrived at the store there was no pressure from the sales guys. once we had a look around the sales person took us through the mattresses etc then left us to decide. no pressure at all. hopefully looking forward to out new mattress this week.

Products explained and then we were left to try different mattresses but assistant always close at he and to give advice if required not a pushy sales assistant , which makes for a pleasant experience
