We really appreciated the patience Jake had while we tested the many mattress types and helped us find the right one for us. He was understanding and courteous during our visit which made our experience great.

JAKE WAS VERY HELPFUL, GREETING ME AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE DOOR. HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE PRODUCTS AND GAVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT TO LOOK FOR. HE WAS PROOFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. I LEFT THE STORE TO VISIT OTHERS AND WHEN I RETURND HE REMEBERED MY PREVIOUS VISIT.

On entering the store the assistant welcomed us in a friendly manner. Once he established what our requirements were he very confidently explained the qualities of mattresses on offer and encouraged us to try them so we could establish for ourselves what we were most comfortable with.

Excellent customer care! Staff spotted us immediately but still giving us a time to look around the shop. Very kind and friendly 'welcome'. Staff offered us a drinks and they allowed kids to play in the beds on the display. The staff showed an excellent knowledge of their products and answered our questions very proffesionally but with good sense of humor. The staff presented us their good offer trying to convince us to 'buy more' but never pushed too hard and too far. The payments went smooth and reasonably quickly.

We were in a neighbouring shop when my young daughter needed the toilet - the shop we were in refused to allow her use of theirs so (by this time she was desperate) we left and asked next door in dreams - stewart the assistant was immediately very helpful,and this was at least part of the reason why we made a purchase.

The assistant - Stewart, was most helpful and understood fully my needs for a new mattress and offered the best advise for me to choose a mattress and the extras.

From the minute we walked through the door Jake was very polite and helpful . He showed my self and my Husband all the different mattress and informed us all about them it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience .
