Fantastic service lovely staff tried out dream station then moved onto the beds best for us didn't plan on buying anything but did in the end very happy.

I went into the store for a specific type of bed. When I went into the store Russel, the assistant who helped me, was opening up a king sized bed, exactly the kind I was looking for. The rest, as they say, is history. I bought the exact bed I went in for. So in and out without any hassle. The bed is getting delivered on friday. Very satisfied with both Russel and your store. I have to say we have always found Dreams very good.

Excellent service from the guys at Dreams, was really easy to pick which mattress we found most comfortable, the only hard part was deciding which one! Also we had our newborn with us and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be going back!

My shop attendant was knowledgable and spent the perfect amount of time with me, answering me when I needed any answers and also giving me a little space to lie on the mattress and test them properly. Excellent service, he was a credit to the store.

the guy that served me was jake service was very good, knowledge about the beds was very good, but the assembly charge was a bit high I would be happy to pay the £39 for delivery but a extra £10-£15 on top for assembly

Russel the sales man came over to give us assistance ,he was very friendly knowledgeable and he helped all the way through the process answering our questions very thoroughly ,we found the prices of the products to be extremely reasonable and good value for money,we can't wait to see our sons face when he receives his new bed.we will be back in the near future.
