Dreams - Dundee

The mannerism and attitude of the young man (Evan) who spent time making sure we saw everything that was available nothing was to much trouble well done.

VERY GOOD, HIGH STANDARD AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. EVEN GOT A CUP OF COFFEE.

I found the young assistant Kieran very polite and helpful. He was not pushy and took the time to explain the different colours available, delivery times and the overall quality of the bed.

We had a great experience , the sales guy Iain was very knowledable and friendly and very efficient explaining The different matress types and firmnesses and how we could have this customized to our own specification along with what types of pillow were available (allowing us to pick the exact combination we required )

The member of staff who looked after us, Iain, was courteous, helpful and really knew his job. He is clearly enthusiastic about his work, but not at all pushy. When this was combined with the availability of the product we wanted, the shopping experience was excellent.

Sales person took time to understand our needs and made suggestions and recommendations. Balanced the need to help against pestering for a sale really well. Russell sold the products but not the detriment of giving us peace to try the beds and decide for ourselves.

This is the second visit to Dreams, my husband and I bought a double mattress a month ago and we were in again to buy a single for our son. After receiving such great service it was the place to return to buy our sons mattress. Again the service was great, the colleagues are all polite and friendly. They are all very informed and definitely helped us reach the right decision for our sons mattress. The service is second to none, would recommend this Dreams to friends and family.

Pleasantly dealt with in store

I was greeted on entry by Sandie, who was fantastic throughout, she helped me with all my needs and helped with my purchase. She made me a cup of coffee which was greatly appreciated as I just had a hard day at work myself. An absolute credit to the company and would highly recommend her service as well as the teams services to everyone I know. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Thank Sandie again for all the time and effort, fantastic, will be back again in the near future!!!!

We were left for a few minutes to broose around by the assistant then when and only when we were ready to ask about the items did the salesman come to us and explained everything we asked he was so helpful he was joined by another assistant as my husband wanted to know about pillows while the other chap explained about what I wanted to know.
