I came in to have a look at mattresses with my partner and two kids and Iain greeted himself and offered his help which we took he showed us all the different types of mattress to narrow them down to picking the perfect one and also new pillows there were other colleges aswell who were very friendly giving my kids balloons to play with to keep them occupied and made our experience at ease as sometimes this can be hard shopping with two very young kids thank you for your amazing customer serves will defiantly recommend to family and friends

Sales assistant very pleasant and helpful without being "pushy". Was able to give good advice, didn't make me feel rushed or pressured and helped me narrow down to final options before deciding on final purchase. Anything he was unsure of he sought advice from the manager on who was also very helpful. Gave clear information regarding payment options too.

Iain at the store helped with advising which mattress would best suit us and gave us several different types of mattress to try before we decided. He put no pressure to buy there and overall it was a nice relaxed shopping experience.

Only disappointment was not being able to take purchase directly home - was not aware that shop carried no stock whatsoever. Delivery boy (name unknown) was an absolute dream - polite, very helpful, carrying items upstairs but most impressed with him covering his feet with polybag shoes and using a mat he brought in to protect our flooring in the torrential rain - 15 out of 10 for his services

Sandie was extremely helpful measuring iteems to enable me to make the correct choice.

Scott was extremely knowledgable and very patient. He took me through all the options and found the best bed for me. The experience wasn't rushed, I felt like I had all the time in the world to make a decision. He also asked his manager, Stewart, for the best possible price as I ended up paying more than I thought I would. However, I believe I got the best bed for me.

You had exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.

Iain was fully knowledgeable of all products in store. Very approachable and geared his approach to his customers. Mum took a while to absorb information but was very patient and explained again without hesitation. Gave enough time for mum and I to discuss any personal issues that were necessary. Offering refreshment ( which mum thoroughly enjoyed which I find hard to do! ). Discussed any issues at length and confirmed any sales with colleagues. Excellent service and would not hesitate to return .
