Sandie, the lady who helped us at the Dundee store was lovely, very knowledgeable of the products. Not pushy at all. She was friendly, and very understanding of our needs to get the right mattress as I have joint problems. From the minute she spoke to us to the minute we left the store we felt very at ease thanks to her, not pressurised into a purchase at all. She advised very well on pillows, mattress protectors etc & the insurance that you offer for the mattress. I will be recommending that anyone who wants a bed/mattress that they go to speak to Sandie at the Dundee store. even the delivery date was arranged smoothly to when suits us, not a problem at all. Sandie even advised that the mattress comes in a huge box so to clear stairs remove pictures etc, something I would never have thought of. We are highly delighted with the whole service tonight.

We were greeted upon entry to the store and given a full explanation of the colour code system currently in use. Following that we were allowed sufficient time to look around and choose our bed and were offered excellent service (including a coffee!) throughout our visit. The Staff member was highly experienced and provided specific information which helped us in establishing our final choice of bed. The administration process was also swift and easy to follow

Iain, the assistant, during the course of conversation, found out exactly my requirements and was able to advise me accordingly.

Stewart was very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the process, making buying the correct mattress very easy.

We had visited other show rooms but felt Dreams were more professional in their manner.

The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly and hopefully we will b able to order our mattress and bed soon.
