Dreams - Dundee

We weren't hassled by staff as soon as we entered the store. We were approached and asked politely if we required assistance and made aware of how to contact the salesman. Thoughout the whole time we were allowed personal time to consider the options on offer. At no time were we pressurised, quite an enjoyable visit in fact. We left feeling that we had made the right choice.

The salesman, Stewart, approached me promptly when I was looking at a product. He was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband was outside waiting with our dog so I didn’t want to be long. Stewart said that we could bring the dog in. This was brilliant as it meant we could both view and try the bed. Service was excellent.

The staff member who helped us with our selection was very accommodating, he was able to answer all our questions, and did so in a very friendly but professional manner (Stewart)

We had just come from a different company who said it would take 6 weeks to get a delivery yet when we went to dreams the assistant Dean checked on the items we wanted and told us we would get a delivery in the middle of the following week. Only 6 days after purchasing it. It was quick and easy and we were given 100% attention and offered a drink too. Overall a really great experience and I couldn’t find a fault!

Were given time and space to look at products but with help on hand any time needed.

For being undecided on the type of mattress we were guided by the salesman through process in selecting the most suitable mattress, bed and headboard. Very polite and pleasant salesman.

The customer service was second to none

The salesman Tommy came over to us very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was extremely friendly and humorous which made myself and my son fell relaxed and valued.

The customer service was wonderful once I was seen, I just felt really bad that there was only 2 sales assistants in the whole store and they had to retrieve a third from the break room while he was on his lunch break to assist me. I've worked in customer service for a long time and I know how precious breaks are, but I also understand that the other 2 were in the middle of selling higher value items. But, my sales assistant was knowledgeable, relatable and was very honest about what he was selling, was really friendly and knew what he was talking about! I'm really happy with my purchase, takes the sting out of spending £99 on one pillow haha but I'm really pleased
