Neil, the salesman, very friendly and informative without being too pushy. Very happy with our purchase and everything went smoothly. Great experience.

The shop assistant,Iain, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push too hard with products but still informed us of what was available. He made us feel comfortable with the product. Would of preferred to see the product built up and on show but on the whole good experience.

Jake and Russell both saw us today in the Dundee, Kingsway store. They were very welcoming, very patient and great with our children. They were helpful without being invasive. They were funny but professional. We really enjoyed our time in the store. Thank you to both of them.
