Having bought the wrong mattress online 2 years ago we were desperate to find a mattress that would suit both myself and my husbands needs. With the the help of Kieran and Stuart in your Dundee store we found what we think will be the ideal choice to suit us both (mattress not due until 19th Aug). Very friendly and helpful not too pushy either which I don't like would definitely recommend to friends.

Iain was fantastic the first time we came in at giving us a walkround of the store and explained the layout. He gave us time to look around ourselves without him which I really appreciated. (The second time we came in unfortunately he was not working that day and another man helped us. I felt he was too pushy with the sales, I felt he wasn't listening to our needs and just pushing for the largest sale. He was also a little rude as he made gestures to another colleague whilst we were trying the beds. I hope it wasn't about us I didn't say anything but he was not getting our business so we left.) The third time we came back Iain was in again and that is when we made our purchase. Iain was great just going over the products we had selected and was very patient when we changed our minds. All the way through he explained all the different services and he was very efficient with the paperwork and delivery. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams Dundee and highly recommend Iain as the assistant to see.
