The feeling of personal attention given , that I actually mattered and was valued as a customer. Friendly yet professional service . Was guided into trying various type of mattresses then whittling the choice down . Product knowledge was excellent , also informative at all times .Yet time left to ponder decisions never intrusive .Would highly recommend the service given excellent first class service at bargain prices

we visited the store several times and each time we were served by a gentleman called Stewart. he was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us. He was welcoming and friendly and Dreams are very lucky to have him as an employee.

We are going through the final stages of getting our mortgage accepted and the staff made it so easy to ensure the deal would still be available after everything has gone through and we were able to put down a much more reasonable deposit than was originally needed. Cannot recommend the level of staff involvement, they really did everything they could to keep us happy. I really enjoyed my visit to the store and came out with a lovely bed!

Stewart the assistant was very helpful and more so very patient. My daughter and I did say leaving the store what a nice person he was.
