Scott was very friendly - greeted us when we entered the store left us to have a look round then came over to assist us when we needed it .

We were helped considerably by the salesman who explained completely about the different type mattresses and the bases with suitable drawers. we also chose the excellent headboard which was very securely fitted down at the base rather than just screwed with woods to the back of the bed as is the cheap method. The very pleasant sales chap explained every individual cost before asking if this met our complete needs. We were satisfied and paid the cost in full.

We were helped very much by Russell at the Dundee Store with his expert knowledge helped us to make the decision to make our purchase. He gave us all the details of the costing as he went through the purchase period and the delivery date for the bed, mattress and headboard assembly. all in all a very satisfactory experience.

We had decided before we went to the store what we wanted. we just tried out the mattresses & then decided which one we wanted

Staff member Iain explained layout and colour coding of shop floor to help me in my choice. He then left me to find which bed and mattress I liked. He then showed me all the beds in that range. At all times there was never any pressure to hurry up and make my mind up which to me was how it should be no stress.

Iain was very helpful he explained shop layout and what different colours indicated. He left me to try out few matresses then came over to see which type of bed l thought was liking he then selected a few to try. There was never any pressure to buy or any hurry to buy which made my choice easy.

We were looking for a child's bed and didn't really know what was recommended. The colleague (Jake) was extremely helpful and the price was much better than expected.

We visited your store at Kingsway West Retail Park, Dundee, where we found your employee Stewart friendly and helpful. He listened to our needs (a guest bed) and offered several options from which we were able to choose the product which best suited our needs. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable and we always felt Stewart's main concern was to find us the best product for our purposes.
