Tommy was very helpful and knowledgeable, very prompt service, and as it was a very hot today, given bottles of water from the staff. Great stuff!

Myself and my partner were approached by a member of staff who was massively helpful from start to finish. He found us a mattress that’s ideal for me and my partner and was massively helpful in all aspects and made sure we were not rushed round the store and we got a product perfect for us.

Russel was really helpful. Even though we done the computer simulation to sort our best mattress match, Russel knew exactly which one we’d end up going with. Even so we went through every option and variation. The store was doing really well with the COVID guidelines and selling beds is a tricky thing to do with us such demands!

First shop we went in to to buy a new bed and mattress we where treated very well, I have ms and the time and patience and help I was given was brilliant , so we would recommend any body looking for new bed or mattress to go to dreams as the service was second to none .

I had a brilliant experience in the Dundee store, I was helped by Tommy who was amazing at helping me find options that I liked. He advised me to complete the Dreams mattress test which allowed me to find a mattress that was perfectly right for me. He advised me about the amounts of pillows that I slept with and suggested a new kind of pillow that would provide me with the correct support for my neck and shoulder issues. He furthermore helped me when I was having a hard time getting my parents to listen to what I was looking for and what I wanted, by softly guiding conversation towards helping my case and providing reassurance to my parents when they were concerned about certain elements. Overall, I was highly grateful and happy with my experience at Dreams, and ended up leaving with a bed that I loved. I couldn't recommend and thank Tommy enough for making such a stressful decision so easy.

Upon entry to the store. I was greeted by a member of staff, he was friendly and knowledgeable without driving a hard sales pitch. He explained the sleep test and let me test out mattresses based on the result. He offered refreshments and kept socially distant. He was able to answer all my queries and also took into account my budget. Excellent customer service from Jonathon.

The experience was easy and informed using the special sleep simulater at the start to measure me for a mattress. As soon as we arrived, a friendly assistant came over to help us and talked me through everything as I had no idea what was going on - he was very helpful! It was a great easy and fun experience.
