Dreams - Dundee

Iain the salesman was very helpful on our visit to the Dundee store he guided us through the store and its lay out, gave us tea & coffee but most of all he was not pushy and in our face. he was very helpful. My partner has spinal problems so this was a very important buy for us, he was understanding, patient and accommodating.

Products were shown to myself and differences explained well. Given time to try each item.

Staff were informative and very helpful during the visit. They were knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Store was clean, bright and welcoming. We were able to browse in peace knowing that help was on hand when we needed it. Little extras like an offer of coffee and the swatch of colours we were given to select our headboard also helped.

Russell was very Knowledgeable about the mattresses that were available. Asking open questions to uncover our specific requirements which helped us narrow down our search to the most suitable mattresses for our needs.We were there with our 8 year old boy and Russell offered him water or diluting juice as he was very thirsty as he had spent 2 1/2 hours at Rugby tournament. The manager was extremely helpful as well and we felt that we were not pressurised into a sale but given all the options going forward. We would highly recommend the Dreams store at Dundee and the helpfulness of the staff.

Staff attended very quickly to see if we needed assistance or advice and once given left us to browse and try out the beds & pillows. Once we narrowed the selection down prompt assistance was again given with a wealth of knowledge and we made our decision. Staff, especially Kieran, who dealt with us were pleasant, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Made our visit a pleasant experience and we will be back. In fact we ordered another bed for my brother from dreams online as we were so impressed by the experience
