Dreams - Dundee

I visited the store with my 2 kids, when I first arrived Nic was dealing with another customer so I had a look around to see what was on offer, he did give me advice on choosing a mattress so I had a wee try of some and left but returned half an hour later and Nic gave me 100% of his attention. it couldn't make me mind up on what headboard I wanted, he was very patient with me, cant wait for my new bed and mattress to arrive. Nic you made this shopping trip easy and stress free for me

Everything was good by the colour of the mattress which made it easier and giving you a pillow to try the mattress is a good idea

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Asked what we needed and which room the mattress and headboard were for which was our spare room. Stewart Petrie then showed us suitable products in acceptable price range. explaining each different products benefits. We didn't feel under pressure at all which was great as we could take our time to choose suitable product for us.

I revisited the store today 14 October to ask for an exchange. I was served by Russell who had not been able to continue serving me on the 5th but completely understood my problem today as I found the bed I had ordered too soft. He arranged the replacement and new delivery efficiently and was very pleasant and I appreciated his pleasant and professional manner. I look forward to receiving the firmer bed on 20th October.

we were buying a bed for our 10years granddaughter and she wanted to choose here 1st "real" bed. After a general conversation about what we were looking for Iain in the store went out of his way to put her at ease and directed the sale pitch etc. at her with a wink to us first on the more vital issues. At no time did any of us feel under pressure .This was our 3rd purchase from your Dundee store and once again it was a smooth and pleasant experience ,thanks mainly to the excellent staff in store.

Fantastic service gentleman very friendly and polite

was helped by Stewart who explained the differences in the beds but also was concerned about why we were uncomfortable in our current bed. This allowed him to advise a selection of beds for us to try. At this stage it was nice to be left alone although Stewart was not for when assistance was needed. Nothing was too much bother, even when changing mattresses and bases to get the right one. Being offered drinks is such a good marketing tool sadly neglected by so many companies today, it allowed us to take our time with such an important decision. I suppose one major factor on using Dreams was the facility to exchange if not suitable within 40 days. A provision we hope not to use but just having it there is a comfort. We went in with as far as we knew extensive knowledge of the products we were to be purchasing, however during talks with the store assistant it was found that some information that they were able to supply could only be gained through personal experience, this allowed us to not make an incorrect purchase on additional items as they would not have fit onto our selected product.

Expert advice given very helpful without any pressure whatsoever.Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
