We were greeted in store by Russell who was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or in your face.

Assistant could not have been more helpful

The staff member went out his way to help me with my needs and courtiouse without being bushy. There was no hard sale just knowledge and understanding of the product they had to sell, good upselling but not pushy with it. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful I saw what I wanted online visited the store described what I was after the salesman immediately knew what I wanted but the product I was after in the showroom wasn’t available but I was able too see this online in a bigger version on the computer screen so I was happy with the salesman’s product knowledge.

The store assistant Dean was very nice, he spent time with us helping choose the best mattress….his co worker kept my very talkative 9 year old busy while we bought our things.

Staff member Tommy knew his merchandise inside out. Was able to relate to all 3 age groups that were shopping (teenager, 45-55 and an over 70). Was happy to repeat information when asked and to let us re-try the beds when we were not sure. Did not feel forced into having to make a purchase

Stewart is very knowledgeable and spent time going over all the options. Good customer service was given.
