The sales person gave me time and space to make up my mind . Very unusual Nowadays.

The service we received was fantastic. The minute we entered the shop we were greeted with a friendly hello and asked if we required any help at that point we informed the gentleman Russell that we were just looking and he left us to have a browse around at our own pace. We never felt harassed or uncomfortable at any time. When we did decide to ask for more information the gentleman explained everything to us in great detail.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale it was a pleasure able visit I will certainly shop there again in future

Dundee Store - Kingsway West Retail park Tommy from Sales and Nick (Manager) presented the products fully, without pressure, and offered advice accordingly. Very professional service and we were offered and took free coffee Overall an amazing day out and we've got what is best suited for ourselves. Wife is disabled and in a wheelchair - not a problem to these guys - even helped us t the car with some of the purchases Thank you Rob Hudson

very good customer care. listened to us when exolaining what we were looking for and what we needed with what budget we had. Got a complimentary cup of tea and all staff very friendly and helpful. In particular Tommy that served us (who had not long started the job)...totally satisfied with the overall experience. Beats internet shopping any day!
