Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although the bed we were after was out of stock, the team managed to get my a bed very close to the one I was after and at a cheaper cost.

During a first quick walk through the shop I did not find a bed & mattress good enough for me and not to expensive, but thanks to Russell I have now good bed and very good mattress in excellent price complete with a bedcover Service Plan

Scott, the service assistant, was very welcoming and accommodating, he listened to my requirements and was very knowledgeable regarding the whole product range. He was courteous throughout and let me take as much time as I wanted to try all the different mattress styles. The purchase process was quick and easy and had he not gone what I woould call the extra mile I probably would not have spent that much money on the day. Well done and thumbs up for great customer service!
