Salesman was very helpful and did not push us or hurry us into a purchase made us try different ones before we made a choice

The salesman took time to explain information to us and made it totally clear as to the different types of mattress etc.

I had no problems at all and the asisstants were very helpfull and informative.

From the moment of entering your store at Dundee we where greeted with friendly staff that could not do enough to help you ... When I asked a question about the product I was buying they promptly found out the answer... Overall very satisfied.

Iain in the Dundee store was great with us, he understood what we wanted which helped is make a decision, his knowledge on mattresses was outstanding And I'm fussy. The beds are by far the best out of all the bed shops we have been in.

Was easy to find what I was looking for, but unfortunately I couldn't find service I was looking for online (old mattress), so I had to complete my order over the phone.
