Dreams colleague ( Scott ) very friendly, professional and explained mattress well in order to help us pick the right one for us

Iain was very knowledgable of the products and helped me make the right choice of mattress based on our needs. He was very helpful and Im glad we came into the shop instead of ordering online.

We arrived late in the day to look for a mattress. We had looked in the summer, but decided to leave it until later in the year. We tried out the display beds to get an idea of which type we wanted and before we were on type 3 we were greeted by Scott. He welcomed us, got some pillows to try out and a cup of tea for me. He found out what type we were favouring (combination) and narrowed down our search to 3 or 4. We tried them all and had 2 in mind. He was then very accommodating and let us try out a variety of mattresses that we has no intention in buying but wanted to try out anyway. After this we knew exactly the one to buy and he informed us of the price and discounts available. After this we were informed of pillows, mattress protectors and linens available in the offer and helped us pick a few out. After this we processed the order very quickly, he informed us of return policy and delivery instructions and we left feeling very content. The icing on the cake was when we asked him where we could get replacement bed slats, and he arranged them free of charge as part of our order. In the end we were very happy customers and we will be back in 8 years for our replacement.

When we first visited the store Iain attended to us quickly and listened to our needs. He gave us a number of options and didn't just tell us to try out the comfort testing beds but instead took us to the display beds he thought would fit our needs best. He also gave us different pillows to try on different beds. The whole team in store are an asset to the company and made visiting a very enjoyable experience. On our second visit where we made our final purchase, we were greeted in store by staff and at least 2 people approached us to check that we were being seen to. We explained that we visited previously and that we would like to wait until Iain was available to make our purchase. Waiting for Iain to be available was worth it as he remembered our visit and what our needs were. He helped us to choose a bed base, headboard, bedding and accessories before completing the sale with us. I simply would not go anywhere else for a bed and can honestly say my experience of Dreams will be one I will share and a store I will buy from time and time again.

Scott gave us all the information we required to decide on our purchase. It made the shopping easy experience to make our decision

Friendly staff who were always available. Store manager nick was very knowledgeable and helped us get what we wanted on the day.

Service was quick but not intrusive. Advice was given in good time and we were not treated as imbeciles but allowed to do our own investigations Service once we got to concluding the deal was excellent.

Excellent staff very friendly, not pushy.

All assistants were courtious , friendly, imformative, experienced and helpful. My mother is 82 years of age, physically disabled and deaf. The assistant who placed our order and made all the arrangements could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The respect he showed is not very common these days, and was pleasure to shop there. Thank you
